Business Analyst (m/f/d)

We're looking for a Simcorp Dimension Business Analyst who will be part of our

SCD-Service Investment Administration Insourcing Services IT- team with the following skills or abilities:

• The ability to handle high workload also in busy situations
• High degree of independence, personal responsibility and assertiveness
• work in shifts
• teamwork
• analytical thinking

• daily fund calculation from approx 3500 funds
• Coordination and operation of NAV-calculation, revaluations, month- and years-end processes, special operational procedures e.g. fund events and interim distributions in shifts
• Being supportive answering technical and business questions around Simcorp Dimension, for internal and external teams and clients.
• taking care of structuring the day in the life for all funds of our 5 clients
• be an interface between business- and IT-Teams
• supporting audit requests
• SCD-user access management
• 1st, 2nd and 3rd Level-Support for all internal and external SCD users - CITRIX - SCD - DaaS
• Monitoring of system performance and optimization of the daily and nightly procedures in SCD
• Processing of professional and technical inquiries about SCD
• SCD incident management and error tracking including the tracking of corrections
• supporting project work and requests and implement new workflows in the day in the life of SCD
• Import configuration changes in SCD
• Errorhandling
• development of batchjob, batchjobgroups
• NAV-related workflow-processes inside Simcorp Dimension
• Define relevant IT & business-process monitoring and scheduling jobs for automation of process workflows
• Change Management processes and workflows
• Application Management
• Project Support for IT and Business projects

• Completed banking training, commercial training or comparable business studies
• Professional experience at a capital management company with a focus on investment law reporting, ideally with a focus on the preparation of annual reports or experience in an audit with a focus on fund audits
• Fluent written and spoken German and English language
• Simcorp progressed or expert know how
