Business Analyst, SAP Application

The Role: 

We are seeking an IT SAP Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be based in our Shared Service Center in Bayan Lepas, Penang and will be responsible for supporting, analyzing and improving system and business processes across multiple areas including our global label management process.  

What You'll Do: 

• Regular support of business and system processes across the environment with an emphasis on warehouse, logistics, procurement, quality, and manufacturing processes.

• Liaison with the business teams and IT teams to maintain, create and improve global print programs and labelling process and design. 

• Build and maintain documentation of requirements and solutions. 

• Liaison with functional COEs to prioritize and assess business requests and manage the appropriate prioritization queues. 

• Configure and implement IT solutions including the development of test plans and error resolution. 

What We Seek: 

• Experience within an SAP Manufacturing environment involved in business problem/process analysis, requirements gathering, and project support. 

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with experience of configuration and problem resolution and with involvement in global label management 

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.  

Outstanding Candidates Will Have: 

• Knowledge in global print programs, ABAP, labeling software such as Loftware, NiceLabel, SAP GLM, or Bartender software
