About the role:

The CRM Consumer Goods Team (Trade Management) works primarily with the commercial teams in our European markets. Our tools and services support Key Account Managers who are responsible for planning and negotiating trade promotions with retailers

What you will do:

• Engage with stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of current solutions and identify areas for improvement.

• Develop business cases and assist in the prioritization process.

• Draft functional specifications for the development team.

• Collaborate on the analysis and configuration of Trade Management requirements within Essity’s Consumer Goods business division.

• Conduct testing activities, troubleshoot issues, and evaluate the company’s current technology related to Consumer Goods and Trade Management processes.

• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and goals.

• Prepare and deliver training initiatives using the Train the Trainer concept.

• Lead or participate in the full project lifecycle, from kick-off to go-live and hypercare.

• Provide second and third level support for Trade Management tickets, including incidents and service requests.

• Support and continuously improve Trade Management integrations within Essity’s system landscape, including S/4 (Master Data, Pricing, CCM), IBP (Demand Planning), and Retail Execution/Sales Force Automation.

• Execute tasks according to established Essity IT standards and methodologies, including Agile Software Development and Essity Hybrid Agile Way.

• Document solutions in SAP Solman, Jira, and MS SharePoint.

Who you are:

• Educational background in Business, IT, or related fields, with 3-5 years of SAP Trade Management experience.

• Strong understanding of SAP Trade Management configuration (CRM), Order-to-Cash processes (including CCM), and cross-module integration (Order-to-Cash, Master Data, IBP Interface).

• Proven project implementation experience with SAP Trade Management solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Effective collaborator with stakeholders at various levels, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities in an international team.

• Proactive, autonomous team player in a virtual European team, willing to travel (10-30%).

• Fluent in English - All Applicants are requested to deliver their CV in English language.
