We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientedBusiness Analystto join our Operations team. Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze current business processes and identify gaps and areas for improvement
• Work cross-functionally with business and technical teams to gather, document, and validate requirements
• Translate complex business needs into clear and actionable documentation (e.g., user stories, process maps, workflows)
• Support implementation of process improvements and monitor outcomes
• Perform data analysis to support decision-making and provide meaningful insights
• Assist in project planning and execution, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with business goals
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships, academic projects, or coursework considered)
• Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills
• Ability to understand and synthesize complex requirements
• Proactive and curious mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with tools like SQL, PowerBI, or JIRA is a plus

About Us
Since 1945, U-Haul has been serving do-it-yourself movers and their households. Like many other successful ventures, the concept for U-Haul was generated out of need. After World War II, there existed the widespread need for do-it-yourself moving equipment that would be available on a one-way, nationwide basis.
