Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to join our growing Business Agility. This role offers a unique blend of external client engagement expertise and internal unit development responsibilities. As a trusted partner to the Business Consulting Manager, you will contribute to the unit's growth strategy while leading client projects and initiatives.

• Project/Program Leadership: Lead and manage complex client engagements, utilizing expertise in PMO, Service/Project Management, and Business Consulting.
• Delivery Excellence: Ensure the successful delivery of projects by managing timelines, budgets, and risks, and by overseeing Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Sales & Proposals: Lead the development of sales proposals and presentations to contribute to the unit's growth.
• Innovation: Identify and champion new ideas and approaches that enhance the unit's offerings and increase client value.
• Mentorship: Guide and develop junior consultants, sharing your knowledge to support their professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or masters’ degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven track record in PMO, Service/Project Management, or Business Consulting, ideally in a tech consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of business principles and the ability to translate them into actionable solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, both internally and with clients.
• Strong analytical skills to address complex issues and develop creative solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly and effectively.
• Genuine interest in helping organizations become more agile and responsive to change.
• Experience in Agile Methodologies.
• Fluent in English is mandatory.
