Business Analyst, Flights

In this role, you will get to:

• Provide insights into the flight business, monitor performance through critical KPIs and create dashboards to disseminate information to the organization

• Define/refine KPIs that measure flight supply health, analyze implications to business performance, and drive associated actions

• Conduct analysis on strategic projects and provide actionable recommendations

• Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate insights, influence decision making, and improve business performance based on insights generated

• Make recommendations for new metrics, techniques, and strategies to improve performance and measurement in the future

• Identify opportunities to grow the business!

Who you are:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from top university in a quantitative subject (e.g., science or math). MBA a plus

• 3+ years of analysis or consulting experience analyzing performance metrics. Flight industry experience preferred

• Hands-on, extensive knowledge and experience of working with large databases, data mining and business intelligence tools

• SQL mastery required; BigQuery/GCP, Tableau, and Python experience a plus

• Excellent written and verbal communication; extremely proficient in presentation writing tools (e.g., Power Point, Slides)

• Ability to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced/rapidly changing environment

• Intellectual curiosity with demonstrated ability to learn and master new subject areas quickly

• Project management and work structure skills - excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently

• Entrepreneurial spirit, owner mindset, take initiative

• Comfortability with ambiguity

Flexible work at Priceline

Priceline is following a hybrid working model, which includes two days onsite as determined by you and your manager (ideally selecting among Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). On the remaining days, you can choose to be remote or in the office.
