Job Title: Business Development Analyst

Reports To: Country GM

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage our underwriting process to assess new property acquisition deals
• Manage competitor analyses process
• Assisting in drafting contracts and agreement
• Assiting in managing deals process with Cove’s partners

Experience and Qualifications Required:

• Minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in a Analyst role
• Undergraduate degree in any field
• Experience in a pre-Series C start-up
• Experience in sales process
• Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical capabilities
• High drive for results
• Fluent in English and Korean
