Business Development Director (SNF)

Business Development Director/Healthcare Marketer Salary + Incentive Plan│ Monday-Friday │Full Time│ We are looking for an experienced, energetic and professional Business Development Director/Healthcare Marketer to join our Skilled Nursing Facility, we are located in San Gabriel Valley, CA. The Director of Marketing position is to promote the facility’s services to encourage resident referrals and supervise or facilitate the admissions process in accordance with established policies and procedures. Requirements: • Atleast two yearsof priormarketing experienceor on-the-job training in admission and marketing procedures. • Must have experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Healthcare setting. • Must have a valid driver’s license and personal car. Responsibilities: • Develop strategic goals and objectives for the facility and staff. • Develop relationships with local hospitals and doctors for patient referrals. • Travels to local acute care hospitals, physician offices and other locations within the market area. • Function as a contributing member of the facility Department Head Team. • Perform work as scheduled and instructed by the Administrator. • Manage and assist with the pre-admission documentation process, as appropriate • Supervise and review the collection of admission documents, ensure completion and forward to the appropriate departments as necessary. • Maintain an accurate record of available beds. • Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-department personnel, as well as other departments within the facility. • Maintain daily and monthly census report as directed. • Supervise Admission or Marketing personnel as required/directed.
