    • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to create effective outreach campaigns, messaging, and targeted lead generation initiatives.
    • Analyze and refine outreach sequences, improve outreach messaging, and increase engagement rates.
  3. Lead Generation & Qualification:

    • Ensure team is effectively qualifying leads, booking meetings, and maintaining detailed CRM records.
    • Implement and optimize processes for lead nurturing and follow-up to ensure high-quality pipeline development.
  4. Metrics & Reporting:
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to activities such as calls made, emails sent, meetings booked, and opportunities generated.
    • Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on performance, pipeline progress, and conversion rates.
    • Use data and insights to continuously optimize the team's strategy and process.
  5. Collaboration with Sales & Marketing:
    • Partner with Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads and opportunities.
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, messaging, and content with the outreach efforts.
    • Provide feedback to the marketing team on the quality of leads and the effectiveness of campaigns.
  6. Market Insights & Competitor Research:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the cybersecurity and ransomware protection industries.
    • Conduct market and competitor research to identify new opportunities and refine targeting efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of the ransomware threat landscape, cybersecurity solutions, and the typical sales cycle for B2B tech products.
  • Proven track record of building and leading successful SDR/BDR teams.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively coach, motivate, and inspire a team.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft).
  • Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to rapidly changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred:
