What You’ll Do • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in the Heavy Civil and Heavy Highway sectors. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while growing existing client relationships in the Greater Phoenix area. • Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to secure profitable construction contracts. • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with company capabilities and ensure successful project delivery. • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and market presence. What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience in business development and marketing within the heavy civil construction industry. • Strong knowledge of heavy civil construction processes, terminology, and project lifecycles. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders. • Results-oriented with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets. • Proficiency with digital marketing tools, CRM software, and project management platforms. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and develop actionable business insights. • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and site visits.
