What you’ll be doing:

  • Own the Cove Japan property acquisition strategy and process
  • Responsible for property room growth 
  • Responsible for all BD best practice and SOPs 
  • Work closely with the cross functional teams to ensure smooth property onboarding
  • Review ongoing Underwriting, LoI, & Agreement 
  • Weekly reporting and tracking of property KPIs and performance 
  • Regularly review and improve the property acquisition process for property owners
  • Handle property owners
  • Oversee contract renewal and extension 

What makes you a great fit:

  • Tertiary qualified in Real Estate, Business, Economics or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of working experience in real estate
  • End to end deal transaction experience from leading due diligence to legal documentation
  • Strong preference for candidates with local market knowledge of the residential and/or hospitality landscape as well as candidates with strong existing network (across agents, landlords and developers) to source for real estate opportunities and experience handling big team
  • Good business acumen and knowledge of current business trends
  • Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, detailed oriented, creative problem solver
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks to accomplish them effectively
