Nous recherchons un directeur du développement des affaires énergique pour gérer un portefeuille d'affaires vital dans la région du Grand Montréal. Le candidat retenu sera principalement responsable de la création de nouvelles opportunités commerciales, de la gestion de la clientèle existante, de la fourniture d'un service client exceptionnel et de la participation au développement de nouvelles affaires.

 

 Ce rôle implique de s'approprier un portefeuille de clients, d'élargir notre clientèle avec de nouveaux clients, d'entretenir des relations avec les principales parties prenantes, d'identifier les opportunités de vente incitative, de réaliser des audits de comptes et de garantir que les objectifs et les niveaux de satisfaction sont atteints.


Le candidat retenu doit être capable de vendre un service basé sur la valeur.


We are seeking an energetic Business Development Manager to manage a vital portfolio of business in the Greater Montreal area. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for building new business opportunities and managing the existing customer base, delivering exceptional customer service, and engaging in new business development.

 

 This role involves taking ownership of a customer portfolio, growing our customer base with new clients, maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying opportunities for upselling, conducting account audits, and ensuring that targets and satisfaction levels are achieved.


The successful candidate must comes be able to sell a service based on value.





Responsibilities:

  • Maintenir et dĂ©velopper la clientèle existante qui correspond aux indicateurs commerciaux clĂ©s dĂ©finis, notamment la fidĂ©lisation de la clientèle, la croissance des revenus, les Ă©conomies de coĂ»ts et la rentabilitĂ©
  • Devenez un conseiller de confiance au sein de votre portefeuille de clients en comprenant profondĂ©ment leur activitĂ© et en alignant leurs besoins sur nos solutions
  • Gestion de projet et rĂ©solution de problèmes pour gĂ©nĂ©rer des rĂ©sultats interdĂ©partementaux pour le client
  •  Être en mesure de fournir une expertise produit Ă  travers notre offre de services complète
  • Aider Ă  la saisie, Ă  la conception, Ă  l'examen, Ă  l'Ă©valuation annuelle et Ă  l'ajustement des politiques en matière de dĂ©chets, alignĂ©s sur les objectifs stratĂ©giques
  • Servir de dĂ©fenseur des clients en interne tout en collaborant efficacement avec des Ă©quipes internes interfonctionnelles, notamment les opĂ©rations, les ventes, la logistique et les finances
  •  Soutenir les rĂ©unions stratĂ©giques avec les clients pour communiquer les meilleures pratiques, les rĂ©sultats commerciaux et les rĂ©ussites
  • Soutenir la facilitation des examens commerciaux trimestriels et mener des audits prĂ©alables aux travaux, une Ă©valuation des donnĂ©es et la collecte des commentaires des parties prenantes afin d'ĂŞtre en mesure de fournir des recommandations stratĂ©giques et des amĂ©liorations des processus

  • New business development
  • Maintain and grow existing customer base that align with defined key business metrics, including client retention, revenue growth, cost savings and profitability
  • Become a trusted advisor within your portfolio of customers by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs to our solutions
  • Project Management and problem solving to drive outcomes inter-departmentally for the customer
  •  Be able to provide product expertise across our full service offering
  • Assist with waste policy capture, design, review, annual assessment and policy adjustment aligned with strategic goals
  • Serve as a customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams including operations, sales, logistics and finance
  •  Support strategic customer meetings to communicate best practices, business results and successes
  • Support the facilitation of quarterly business reviews, and conduct pre-work audits, data assessment and stakeholder feedback collation to be able to provide strategic recommendations and process improvements.

Skills and Experience:

  • 3 Ă  5 ans d'expĂ©rience en vente externe dans la vente de servicesobligatoire
  • Solides compĂ©tences en dĂ©veloppement commercial
  • ExpĂ©rience dans les services hospitaliers ou dans le secteur des services connexe hautement souhaitable
  • Excellentes compĂ©tences de communication verbale et Ă©crite
  • Solides compĂ©tences en prĂ©sentation et confiance en la vente basĂ©e sur la valeur
  • CompĂ©tences informatiques exceptionnelles ; Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, etc.

  • 3-5 years of outside sales experience selling services mandatory
  • Strong business development skills
  • Hospital services or related service industry experience highly desirable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills with value based selling confidence
  • Outstanding computer-based skills; Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, etc.
