Job Title : Business Development Representative DACH
Reports to: Sales Development Manager
Location: UK - remote
Languages required: Native/C2 level German and English
A quick snapshot... This is your first step in a long and successful career in software sales. We want to hire hungry humble and diverse people with a desire to grow. We’ll teach you how to use some of the coolest technology to educate prospects on the value that Conga can bring to their organization. You will qualify and identify prospects needs by leveraging key contacts within an organization and transition the qualified lead to the Territory Manager for further follow-up.
Don’t get us wrong this will be hard work but we’ll teach you how to win in an amazing market.
Why this role is a big deal… The Sales Development team performs the most important function within Conga. Our pipeline is our lifeline. You’re the first line of communication with potential prospects and will be Conga’s biggest advocate.
Are you the person we’re looking for?
Proven track record. You have a minimum of one year demonstrated success in a customer facing role e.g. customer service helpdesk client relations account manager.
Language skills : native/C2 level German and English are essential for this role.
Motivated with sales instinct. You’ll drive market share by qualifying inbound leads from our website and Marketing team to build pipeline for our Sales Executives in the DACH region.
Hunter mentality : You'll have the opportunity to unleash your inner hunter and drive our growth through relentless pursuit of new business opportunities. You thrive in a fast-paced environment leveraging your tenacity to identify and connect with potential clients.
Strong communication and great listening skills. Your excellent verbal and written communication skills along with your attentive listening abilities enable you to connect with prospects understand their needs and challenges and guide them to the next step in the sales process.
Strong attention to detail & time management.
You have strong organizational and follow-up skills on all key accounts and prospects. You will have a lot of autonomy as a BDR; you get out what you put in!
