Job Title: o9 Functional Consultant Location:Onsite – Chicago, IL (Local candidates only) Type:Full-Time | 100% Onsite Travel:Yes, expenses covered Visa:Must be authorized to work in the US Job Summary: We are seeking experienced o9 Functional Consultants to join our team and support client engagements in the US and Latin America. You will help analyze business processes and implement o9 solutions in areas like Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Control Tower. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze business workflows and gather functional requirements • Design and support the implementation of o9 solutions • Lead user story grooming, acceptance criteria, and testing (UAT) • Collaborate with architects and developers for successful delivery • Conduct training and post-go-live support Qualifications: • Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field • 3+ years of experience in o9 as a Functional Consultant/BA • Strong supply chain planning knowledge • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Bilingual (English/Spanish or Portuguese) preferred for LA roles If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
