Position Summary
We're a leader in the pet care category and part of the world's largest food company-so you can imagine our salesforce is BIG. In pet care, we focus our sales efforts within the retail and veterinary sales channels to ensure we're at the forefront of consumers' minds. You'll become the expert in our products and the face behind Purina brands to your customers-some of the most well recognized and loved brands around world.
As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll provide analytics and insight into the development of data sources and strategies to deliver key business objectives and drivers. You'll be a key partner in promoting collaboration with cross-functional teams to design innovating reporting capabilities that provide key insights, quality metrics and business KPI's. You will have the opportunity to find solutions for a variety of business and technical problems
- Ability to leverage technology platforms to refine and automate data sources, harmonize data points, and model scenarios that can be used to evaluate and predict
- Ability to analyze unstructured data, form relationships, and provide insights into key elements for various levels of the organization
- Translate data into visualizations that aid decision-making
- Understand analytical and forecasting approaches to transform data into actionable intelligence
- Ability to look at the data trends and recommend solutions
- Ability to work on several large projects at one time, with many data streams and deadlines
- Demonstrate curiosity, continuous exploration and improvement, and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 2+ years of experience in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or Customer Analytics
- 1+ years of experience with Power BI (or comparable platform), including visualization, parameters, report optimization, creating measures, modeling, reports/dashboards, and dataflows
Other
- 1+ years of experience in a Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
