We are seeking an ambitious and resourceful person who is inspired by problem-solving, continuous iteration, and improvement, and who enjoys systems that support business processes. This role will be assisting in our reporting, the management of marketing systems, and ad-hoc analytics that support business decision making. The role is part decision support, part system admin, and part operations expert. You will be involved in operational decisions and discussions across many areas of the business and play a key role in ensuring our revenue operations reporting and analysis are efficient and scalable

Job Description Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Monitor and implement end-to-end monthly revenue processing.
  • Assist in design, documentation and implementation of business workflows and procedures, with focus on automation and processes that require limited manual intervention: Investigate, review and make well-balanced proposals on which tools and systems to implement that foster automation while allowing us to be more economically efficient. Set up and deploy new reporting tools across the business. Assist in planning and conducting training for relevant teams on new tools and business processes. Keep track and update active internal business process documentation.
  • Stay up to date on new trends in marketing and sales systems and processes.
  • Work closely with our Finance business partners to provide inputs for sales forecasts and cost accruals.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales operations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel and data analysis
  • Interest in understanding digital advertising, media agency business models, online media business, audience targeting, programmatic buying and real-time bidding
  • Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, SOQL, APEX and REST
  • Experience using business systems such as Salesforce, JIRA, Workday and HubSpot a plus
  • Speak and write English fluently
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently and in an organized fashion with cross functional teams including sales, marketing, product, and operations
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
  • Self-motivated to solve problems
  • Good at interrogating, documenting and understanding processes
  • High standards of professionalism
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to develop solid working relationships
