Job Summary

This position is part of the Client Services Department located in Madison and will be hybrid. At Aldevron, we combine best-in-class products and service with the ideal operating environment to lay the groundwork for vital new discoveries worldwide.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for PBU quote generation for Field Sales & Client Relations pertaining to all RG & GMP standard products upon request
• Support and lead sales order processing for all RG & GMP STD (Cas9 and IVT), web orders, and free samples
• Schedule PBU RG standard product domestic and international shipments
• Support and drive resolutions to ensure all PBU order fulfillment, billing, and shipping issues are addressed and resolved
• Screen all new international clients, liaison between CR & Legal documentation (UBO, international Legal approval)
• Execute and support all ad-hoc financial reporting requests across the PBU from Field Sales, Business Development, Client Relations, Product Management, etc. as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Associates Degree - Life Science preferred with 0 - 3 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and Smartsheet
• Client Relations Management (CRM) systems experience a plus (preferably Salesforce)
• Proficient in Enterprise resource planning (ERP) system a plus (preferably Dynamics 365)
