Job Description

MAXISIQ is seeking Business Operations Specialists to support the U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) in executing rapid prototyping efforts and delivering advanced combat capabilities. This full-time role requires supports various business operations to ensure the seamless execution of projects and initiatives. This is a full-time position located on Redstone Arsenal, AL with work anticipated mid December 2024 upon award. 

Duties involved with this role:

  • Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of an organization by coordinating various administrative, financial, and logistical activities.
  • Support the implementation of business strategies, processes, and policies to optimize the organization’s operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with different departments, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

Clearance Requirement: Active or current Secret level clearance minimum

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field.

Experience: 4-8 years of related experience that includes

  • Experience In business operations, project coordination, or administrative roles within government or defense environments
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools such a SharePoint, automated timekeeping systems, and communication tools (e.g., VTC devices).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in briefing and technical documentation.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data management and reporting tools
  • Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
