This role sits in the Global Digital Hub, as part of the AI Shared Services team. The team supports data infrastructure, leverages ABG’s new data lake, integrates tools such as MuleSoft and Salesforce, and delivers scalable AI and automation solutions to enhance efficiency and drive digital transformation across the enterprise. Role Summary: The Business Process Engineer – Mid-Level partners with ABG’s AI Shared Services team to analyze, redesign, and optimize business processes across 25+ brands. The role blends process engineering, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and cultural transformation to enable automation and operational efficiency, providing insights and recommendations to senior management. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and conduct Data, AI & Automation Readiness Assessments across ABG’s business units in partnership with senior management and the AI Shared Services team. • Identify suboptimal processes, perform current and future state analysis, and develop transformation plans to improve efficiency and scalability. • Apply Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, Lean Toolbox) to remodel business processes. • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cultural transformation and adoption of new processes. • Work autonomously while coordinating with program managers, developers, and stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership. • Support automation enablement by designing processes that integrate with ERP, MuleSoft, Salesforce platforms, and others. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, Logistics, System Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred). • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; Green Belt and/or other process/business analysis certifications (e.g., CBPP, CBAP) considered with strong demonstrated expertise. • 3–5 years leading medium-complexity business process redesign projects, ideally with a focus on automation enablement. • Proficiency in BPM and process-mapping tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart) and experience applying Lean/continuous improvement methodologies (Value Stream Mapping, Lean Kit, 5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma). • Familiarity with JIRA and/or Azure DevOps is a plus. • Ability to travel when the nature of work demands • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence across technical and business audiences. Experience driving cultural changes is highly desirable.
