Your Role and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly qualified and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Partner in our ServiceNow practice at IBM. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a global leader in technology and consulting services collaborating with top-tier clients to transform their digital operations and optimize their ServiceNow implementations. In this position you will focus 50% of your time on go-to-market activities and 50% on project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients helping them define their ServiceNow strategy aligning it with their business objectives and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies including market analysis positioning and solution offerings to drive business growth and expand our client base.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their security requirements and ensure that ServiceNow solutions are implemented with robust security controls and best practices.
- Oversee the delivery of ServiceNow projects ensuring high-quality implementation adherence to timelines and budgets and client satisfaction.
- Provide thought leadership and industry insights to clients guiding them on best practices process improvements and digital transformation initiatives with a particular focus on security.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders fostering trust and partnership throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Mentor and develop junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the ServiceNow platform and security practices bringing innovative ideas and solutions to our clients.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.
- Extensive experience (8+ years) in ServiceNow implementation and Qualifications:

- Extensive experience (8+ years) in ServiceNow implementation and consulting with a focus on large-scale enterprise deployments.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex ServiceNow projects from requirement gathering and design to deployment and post-implementation support.
- Strong expertise in the ServiceNow platform including knowledge of ServiceNow security practices and controls.
- Demonstrated experience in go-to-market activities including market analysis positioning and solution development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams and drive them towards project success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence clients at all levels of the organization.
- ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified System Administrator Certified Implementation Specialist etc.) are highly desirable.
- Preferred Technical and Professional Experience : Strong expertise in cybersecurity practices and principles with a focus on implementing robust security controls within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in integrating security practices and methodologies with ServiceNow enabling seamless collaboration and continuous delivery of ServiceNow solutions.
- Familiarity with industry-leading cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g. NIST ISO 27001) and the ability to apply them effectively in ServiceNow implementations to ensure data protection and risk mitigation.
