What You'll Get to Do:

• Work directly with CACI internal departments on integration support activities.
• Cross functional analysis of production support issues and escalate to management with detailed reports.
• Coordinate with customers to define requirements.
• Coordinate with business process administrators to execute test plans during formal test periods for every Workday update. Build regression and acceptance test scenarios working closely with business process owners.
• Troubleshoot system problems, determine root cause, track and resolve operational issues quickly.
• Monitor the system for problems and identify and implement corrective and preventive measures.
• Manage and maintain integration schedules.
• Partner with HR, Benefits, Payroll and IT teams to identify and resolve any technical issues impacting Workday Integrations.

More About the Role:

CACI is seeking a strong Business Analyst to support our Workday Integration development team. The candidate will manage day to day production support activities of the workday integration team and perform test activities on workday integrations. While the position does not involve software development, the candidate should be willing to learn technical integration setup to troubleshoot issues in workday integrations. Candidate should have strong payroll, Benefits ERP experience like Workday, SuccessFactors, PeopleSoft etc. Performs analysis on business or systems processes to identify improvements. Works with clients to understand and define needs and develop and recommend solutions. Produces functional design specifications based on user requirements. Interacts and communicates with end-users, management, vendors, and IT personnel. Maintains deep knowledge of Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, and Momentum). Performs configuration and designs functional solutions (e.g., reports, interfaces, workflows, and extensions) for specific application and third-party systems.

CACI is seeking a strong Business Analyst to support our Workday Integration development team. We have developed over 100 integrations into and out of Workday and are seeking a candidate who can work directly with our internal customers and external vendors to provide production support, integration testing, requirement analysis and ensure the project team is communicating schedule and priorities with the customer.

The candidate must possess a deep understanding of HCM, Payroll , Benefits operations and have the analytical skills to interpret requirements and validate the delivery of the requested functionality. In addition, the candidate will triage issues and resolve production support issues and therefore must possess strong communications skills. The candidate should be able to identify, define and resolve potential problems, enhance system functionality by making changes and testing the changes as needed, to the following; Workday Integration configurations, Workday Integration Reports and Operational Processes.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• A minimum of 3 years experience as a business analyst or production support analyst, preferably with an ERP system.
• Strong Microsoft Excel experience is a must.
• Deep understanding of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits and Recruiting business processes.
• Prior experience leading requirements/design and User Acceptance Testing sessions with HR, Benefits and Payroll, as well as our HR, Benefit and payroll vendors.
• Prior experience working with developers for testing, writing design specifications and testing documents.
• 3+ years of experience supporting production ERP integrations and resolving issues quickly.
• 3+ years of experience in requirements/design, planning, data conversion, testing, and implementation
• 2+ years of experience with Tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, MS Project, Modeling Tools, etc.
• 3+ years of experience providing production support including triage, bug fixes, enhancements, end-user support, and application monitoring
• Ability to design solutions to resolve recurring issues and reduce operations and maintenance efforts
• Ability to develop project schedules and report on status at the highest levels of the organization
• Ability to work independently or part of a team.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives at one time.
• Strong written and oral communications skills.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Experience in Workday integrations.
• Experience in Oracle and SQL Server queries using the SQL query language.
• Experience in Workday Report development and dashboard development.
• Experience in project management, with the ability to manage timelines.
