Business Systems Analyst - Associate A

Job Description (Gainsight – campus hire)

What You’ll Do:

• Learn to configure and maintain the Gainsight platform (workflows dashboards email programs integrations).

• Assist in translating business needs into system solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

• Support internal Gainsight users by answering questions and helping troubleshoot issues.

• Monitor system performance and data accuracy.

• Document processes and contribute to continuous improvements.

• Stay updated on Gainsight features and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate with a degree in Computer Science Information Systems Business or a related field.

• We looking to hire a strong fresher for this role

• Strong interest in SaaS platforms customer success and data-driven operations.

• Basic understanding of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.

• Good communication and analytical skills.

• Self-starter with eagerness to learn new tools and technologies.

• Problem solver who is able to work collaboratively and take initiative.

Nice to Have (Not Required):

• Exposure to business systems or tools (CRM support systems).

• Experience working on college projects involving data analysis or system design.

• Familiarity with Excel SQL or any reporting tools.
