Business Transformation Consultant

Your Role and Responsibilities

1. This role may take either a strategic or tactical view of a company’s total business.
2. They work proactively with Clients to refine their current business strategy or develop a new strategy in line with competitive and market forces.
3. They also identify strategic capabilities needed to create and sustain one or more sources of competitive advantage.
4. These capabilities may come in the form of process information technology organization enablement or knowledge.
5. They identify best practices and Client performance gaps if any.
6. They use tools to identify align and change the factors that affect performance stability and teaming and develops comprehensive transformation recommendations.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Finance or supplychain related major graduates in 2024 with bachelor or master degree;
2. Ability to translate business solutions into technical requirements
3. Openness to assist clients in the design business architect process development functional implementation and support of applications.
4. Ability to thrive in an ever changing technology based Consulting environment
5. A passion for innovative ideas coupled with the ability to understand and assimilate different points of view
6. Exceptional quantitative analysis skills and ability to derive recommendations informed by data and insights

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

1. Assist clients in selection implementation and support of packages
2. Leverages business knowledge to drive solutions for clients and their management
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines while maintaining focus in an environment with conflicting demands
