Business Transformation Consultant - CS Center PM

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Adhere to CS center standard operation procedure which in line with company and client standard
• Maintain a high level of service to all internal and external in every aspect
• Ensure VOCs are handled in efficient way to make sure client problems are resolve satisfactorily
• Perform ad hoc assignments delegated by co-working teams or client in timely manner
• Be flexible on any operational changes

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Professional experience in CS center
• Retail FMCG IT Manufacturing industry related experience is mandatory
• Good organizational skills and an ability for problem-solving
• Strong communication skill
