In this role you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Serves as a business analyst supporting transformation engagements shaped or orchestrated with support of Enterprise Strategy. Researches industry best practices and key change drivers impacting enterprises within that industry. Assists with the gathering and synthesis of key operational and performance data pertaining the client's enterprise. Performs business process technology product pricing policy and/or governance research and analysis including value assessment and orchestration. Documents as-is processes and operating models. Helps with recommendation formulation and visualization in support of strategic engagements that guide business transformation
Project Management Software Proficiency
Expertise in tools like Microsoft Project Jira Asana Monday.com or Smartsheet
Ability to create and maintain project schedules timelines and resource allocation
Experience with collaboration platforms (SharePoint Teams Slack)
Administrative and Organizational Skills
Strong attention to detail for documentation reporting and record-keeping
Ability to coordinate meetings manage calendars and handle project communications
Experience with budget tracking expense reporting and resource management
Communication and Stakeholder Management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to facilitate meetings and prepare clear status reports
Experience liaising between project teams clients and senior management
Data Analysis and Reporting
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis
Ability to create dashboards charts and project performance metrics
