Business Transformation Consultant: Financial Markets

Your Role and Responsibilities
Skills Assessment to fit IBM consulting: Financial market transformation project delivery. We need the role to deliver financial related solution. Team needs the resource to understand client’s requirements and analyze them from business perspective.

In this role you will:

• Communicate with client on business requirement to gather client’s business processes functional requirements and workflows and create requirement documentation.
• Manage and track changes to system requirements throughout the development testing and maintenance life cycle maintaining accurate documentation at all times.
• Maintain continuous communication with client and developers throughout project lifecycle to ensure final product meets requirements and expected outcomes of the client.
• Assure our client in digital commerce and banking domain knowledge for banking project delivery.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor degree or above in Engineering Information Technology Business or other related fields
• With banking industry experience agile & garage methodology.
• Consulting skills ability to work directly with clients.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Chinese reading listening writing and speaking/fluent in English reading and writing

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong knowledge and project experience in banking industry.
• Actual participating in financial market environment.
• Working level in English speaking
