Business Transformation Consultant – HR Technology

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a member of our HR & Talent Transformation team you will get the opportunity to participate in new and existing transformation and technology implementations for our customers. You will be advising customers on navigating the changes brought about by the transformation and supporting them in transforming their business to ensure the realisation of their desired outcome. IBM has a local as well as a global client base and expertise knowledge to grow in this area and we invite you to join us on this journey!

We’re currently looking for Business Transformation – HR Technology consultants to enhance our growing team. You’ll be an integral part of HR & Talent Transformation Service Line benefiting from world-wide knowledge sharing on HR Transformation enabled by HR Cloud Solutions (SAP SuccessFactors and / or Workday) .

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
As a Business Transformation Consultant you will successfully use your knowledge of and experience in HR Technologies (SAP SuccessFactors and / or Workday) to optimise business results and employee experience through:

• HR Technology Strategy including Technology Selection Technology Architecture design and implementation road mapping
• HR Process Design with Technology
• HR SaaS Technology Implementation (SAP SuccessFactors and / or Workday)
• Generative AI for HR

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Certifications and Implementation Experiences with SAP SuccessFactors and / or Workday
• Knowledge of Design Thinking Principles and Agile
• Demonstrated knowledge of HR functions & processes
• Experience in conducting workshops and ideally Design Thinking experience in leading client facing design thinking workshop.
• Agile and creative mindset when problem solving and troubleshooting on client issues
• Ability to consult and interact with a client to collaborate on a viable solution
• Managing relationships and manage stakeholders across many different functions in a fast-moving business environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills (English and Thai) including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint MS Excel)
• Willingness to travel (ASEAN)
