Eaton in Bielsko-Biała, automotive manufacturer, is looking for an experienced Business Unit Finance Controller to lead strategic planning and analysis, supporting the business growth. It is local role, that reports to Plant Finance Controller and is responsible for complex business unit on the Plant Campus.

What you'll do:

• Provide a professional financial service to the business as a Leader of production unit in controlling department.
• Assist with the production of a clear financial plan which underpins the Operating Unit strategy.
• Participate in business reviews and provide solutions for deviations.
• Present financial forecasts and analyses for decision-making.
• Monitor revenue recognition, cost allocations, and margins.
• Assess project profitability and financial risks.
• Advise on performance improvements and financial decisions.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls and recommend improvements.
• Develop tools to monitor expenses and optimize processes.
• Communicate and mitigate financial risks.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director and operational team.
• Coordinate with shared service units during month-end closing.

Qualifications:

• Min. 8 years of experience in manufacturing Financial Controlling.
• University degree in accounting or finance field.

Skills:

• Fluent in English.
• Hands-on attitude with strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience with Power BI is a plus.
• Independent, proactive, and capable of handling end-to-end responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a leadership track record.
• Ability to build relationships and support management needs.
• Strong understanding of financial best practices and cost models.
• Analytical skills and an unbiased approach to tasks.
