This role involves sourcing goods and services, managing the supply base for components, implementing procurement practices, negotiating supplier agreements, and mitigating supply chain risks; additionally, supporting internal stakeholders, converting purchase requisitions into orders, attending cross-functional meetings, and focusing on continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing of goods and services
• Select, develop and manage supply base for components in upcoming and existing designs
• Manage strategic sourcing of components
• Implement standard indirect procurement practices
• Negotiate complex and or critical supplier agreements in line with existing strategies
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks
• Create, maintain, and publish regular metrics
• Support internal stakeholders with their procurement needs
• Convert Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders in SAP
• Attend cross functional team meeting and support internal customer needs
• Conduct continuous improvement efforts focused on optimizing procurement process

Education & Experience 

• Degree in Engineering, Economy or Finance
• 5 or more years of experience in purchasing area
• Knowledge in SAP (preferable)
• Good computer skills
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and customers
• Solid knowledge of related government laws and regulations
• Conflict Management

• Results Oriented
• Interpersonal Communication
• Fluent in English
