Buyer, Indirect

Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

• Guarantee compliance with BOS, PLUS, POS, SOX procedure for all Team / Group Members
• Purchase MRO Technical & non-Technical (Indirect Products & Indirect Services, etc.,) To select. The most appropriate goods and service under Adient purchasing procedure (POS)
• Serve products & services to production line by smoothly based on user requirement
• To develop the best buying strategies for organization with a view to maintaining consistent quality and managing costs.
• Cost analysis & Cost reduction activity support commodity manager for MRO products in Order to meet Saving KPI Target
• To conduct SDT meeting in regular
• To perform Adient purchasing operation system for sourcing process (PR/PO/Sourcing)
• Coordinate corporate-wide cross-functional teams to establish specifications, processes Policies, and Procedures to manage demand for assigned categories
• Monthly/weekly for Indirect Purchasing report
• Contract review require for Indirect Services & Indirect Products
• Improve vender baster file & support commodity manager to achieve VMF target
• To control & manage supplier evaluation in line with global strategy on a quarterly basis
• Check out and Follow up payment, payment detail, Invoice amount and arrange purchase report for arranging the internal events.
• Follow up delay schedule and expedite ship date to meet required target delivery date
• Monitoring supplier's performance and update supplier contracts

•  Conduct job training for newcomers and be a trainer for working skill improvement

• To report near miss/Unsafe Action / safety suggestion to line management.
• To involve & engage in Safety Activity and initiative: AMS, safety week, 5S, HSE training, wear proper PPE.
• Follow & no violation on the safety rules, WI, Procedure

Qualifications (Education, Skills, and Experiences) 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration
• Minimum 1-3 years for purchasing & Material Buying
• Automotive Purchasing experience is preferrable
• Background of indirect purchasing experience
• Knowledgeable of purchasing practices, Cost Saving Strategy
• Good command in English
