Job Summary The Cabinet Assembler is responsible for assembling frameless melamine cabinets and related components according to production standards. Assemblers are compensated per completed unit, with rates varying by cabinet type. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, works efficiently, and takes pride in craftsmanship. Responsibilities Assemble cabinet boxes, drawers, and doors using screws, dowels, glue, and fasteners. Read and follow cut lists, part labels, and basic assembly instructions. Inspect all parts for defects and ensure quality and consistency. Keep work area clean, organized, and safe. Communicate with production leads to ensure workflow efficiency. Maintain accountability for accurate counts and completed units. Qualifications Prior experience in cabinet assembly, woodworking, or furniture building preferred (training available). Must be detail-oriented, reliable, and efficient with hand tools and power tools. Ability to read a tape measure and basic drawings. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
