Cabinet Field Service Manager

Why You’ll Love It At Wisenbaker, craftsmanship is recognized, accuracy is rewarded, and the work you do leaves a lasting mark.Primary Duties & Responsibilities: What You’ll Be Doing: • • • Read cabinet layouts and measure for add-ons, replacements, and accessories. • Install, adjust, and repair cabinetry—including trim, moldings, and finishes. • Walk and grade homes weekly, creating accurate work orders to close jobs. • Communicate clearly with builders and internal teams on work status and timelines. • Train new technicians and guide apprentices to become field-ready.Qualifications & Required Skills: What We’re Looking for: • • • High school diploma or GED. • 2–5 years of cabinet installation or service experience. • Clean driving record, background and drug screen • Strong knowledge of cabinetry construction and installation. • Skilled at reading blueprints, measuring accurately, and making fine adjustments. • Clear communicator with a “do it right the first time” mindset.About the Company: Wisenbaker Builder Services is a family-owned industry leader in stylish, on-trend interior finishes for residential builders.
