Cabinet Installer

Overview We are seeking a skilled Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration and remodeling industry, with a strong focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. As an Installation Technician, you will be responsible for executing various installation projects, ensuring that all work meets our high standards and client expectations. Duties • Full cabinet installation (Including Crown Moldings) • Perform installation tasks related to masonry, drywall, flooring, and tile laying. • Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate installations. • Collaborate with team members to complete restoration projects efficiently and effectively. • Utilize maintenance person skills to address any additional repair or maintenance needs during installations. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. • Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress and any potential issues that may arise. Requirements • Proven experience in the restoration industry or related fields such as remodeling or masonry. • Strong skills in, Cabinet installation, drywall installation, flooring installation, and tile laying. • Ability to read blueprints and perform construction estimating accurately. • Familiarity with water damage restoration techniques is a plus. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. • Strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively.
