Cabinet Installer / Finish Carpenter

We’re currently hiring experienced finish carpenters and cabinet installers to join our in-house field team. What You'll Be Doing: • Install high-end custom cabinetry, paneling, architectural millwork incommercial and residential settings. • Read and interpret shop drawings, plans, and field notes • Execute clean, tight installs with minimal punch work • Problem-solve onsite with project managers and clients • Train and lead helpers (for senior-level roles) What We’re Looking For: • 2+ years of cabinet install or finish carpentry experience(or willing to train fast learners) • Strong understanding of cabinet construction and hardware • Driving record and reliable transportation • Ability to work efficiently, take direction, and be a team player • Pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail • Positive attitude — no egos, no drama What You’ll Get: • Consistent full-time work (W-2), not just job-to-job. • Paid holidays + PTO. • Gas/tool stipend or company van (for certain roles). • Annual bonus based on company performance. • Company-provided uniforms. • Room to grow!
