Cabinet Maker

Overview We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in woodworking and carpentry, with a passion for creating high-quality cabinetry and furniture. This role requires attention to detail, the ability to read blueprints, and proficiency with various hand and power tools. The Cabinet Maker will work closely with clients and team members to ensure that projects are completed to specifications and within deadlines. Responsibilities • Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to create custom cabinets and furniture. • Utilize hand tools and power tools for cutting, shaping, and assembling wood materials. • Perform construction estimating for project planning and budgeting. • Execute trim carpentry, frame carpentry, cabinet installation, door hanging, and fixture installation. • Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution. • Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols. • Conduct restoration work including water damage restoration, mold remediation, and plastering as needed. • Participate in remodeling projects that may involve flooring installation, tile laying, siding, roofing, masonry, plumbing, electrical work, or metal stud framing. • Assist in the fabrication of custom pieces using CNC machinery when required.
