Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate MUST know restoration box rebuilds, color matching and finish matching techniques and has the passion for woodworking and a strong attention to detail. As a Cabinet Maker, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality cabinets ensuring precision and craftsmanship in every project. Your expertise will contribute to the overall success of our construction and restoration projects and enhance the satisfaction of our clients. Duties • Construct and assemble cabinets using various hand tools and machinery. • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. • Collaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines. • Conduct quality checks throughout the production process to maintain high standards of craftsmanship. • MUST be able to utilize color matching and finish matching techniques as needed for finishing touches on cabinetry. • Engage in construction estimating to provide accurate material requirements for projects. Qualifications • Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker. • Proficiency in using hand tools and woodworking machinery. • Strong understanding of construction processes and techniques. • MUST have the ability to use color matching and finish matching techniques. • Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately. • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. • Familiarity with construction estimating practices is preferred. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Commitment to safety standards on the construction site.
