Core Competencies • Technical Capacity • Thoroughness/Accuracy • Time Management • Teamwork Orientation • Communication Proficiency • Positive Attitude • Reliability • Arithmetic Skills Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Produce quality parts to pass internal QC standards. • Maintain an acceptable pace of production to achieve daily production goals. • Practice and adhere to company protocols for quality control. • Maintaining a clean and safe work area. • Observe all safety policies and procedures. • Safely operate machines as instructed during in-house training. • Adhere to prescribed in house machine maintenance. • Complete special projects as assigned by management. • Maintain clear communication with your team and the warehouse. • Ensure that management personnel are kept informed of all pertinent product or safety issues. • Work directly with liquid production and shipping department. Required Skills and Qualifications • Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. • Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. • Willing and able to work in an environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity, and hazardous/loud equipment. • Willing and able to wear all required job specific personal protective equipment. Education High School Diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
