About the Role: We’re looking for a seasoned cabinetry expert to step into a key role as ourCabinetry Field Service Lead. This isn’t a job for someone looking to coast—it’s for a driven professional who’s seen it all, done the work, and still takes pride in getting it right the first time. You’ll be the front-line expert representing Amaya Custom Cabinets in the field, ensuring our work lives up to the quality our name is known for. From installations to punch-lists to handling unexpected site conditions—you’ll lead the charge in making things right and keeping clients happy. What You’ll Be Doing: • Serve as the go-to expert for cabinetry field repairs and post-install service work • Visit job sites across San Antonio and surrounding areas to complete service calls and resolve issues efficiently • Review punch lists, assess cabinetry adjustments, and ensure high-end finishes and installs meet Amaya standards • Collaborate with project managers, installers, and builders to troubleshoot and problem-solve in the field • Keep detailed documentation of work performed and communicate regularly with the office team • Maintain a clean and professional work environment, both in appearance and behavior • Occasionally assist with final installs, adjustments, or homeowner walkthroughs when needed What We’re Looking For: • 10+ years of experience in cabinetry—you’ve done assembly, installs, repairs, and everything in between • Strong knowledge of both face frame and frameless cabinetry systems • Comfortable working with a variety of construction types • Excellent time management—you show up early, stay on task, and take pride in doing the job right • Strong communication and professionalism when working with homeowners, builders, and designers • Reliable transportation and clean driving record • Ability to lift 50+ lbs, handle tools, and navigate active construction sites safely What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience • Stable, full-time work with a company known for quality and craftsmanship • Support from a team who knows and respects the trade • Opportunity to take pride in your work and be a respected lead in the field • Potential for long-term leadership growth within the company Sound Like You?
