Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Finisher to join our dynamic team. The Finisher will play a crucial role in the final stages of production, ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and proficiency in various finishing techniques. The ideal candidate will be responsible for using hand tools and machinery to complete the finishing process efficiently and accurately. Experience • Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred. • Custom stains (spray). • 5 years experience and knowledge of conversion varnish. • Experience in spray stains. • Multi-step finishes and touchups a plus. • Custom mixing & Staining.
