Summary: Under the general direction of the Call Center Supervisor, the appointment coordinating team converts warm leads into appointments. Schedule consultation appointments from Solar, Roofing, HVAC or Battery inquiries and perform a variety of phone and administrative duties. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required • Microsoft Excel: Able to organize, format and calculate data with formulas • Microsoft Outlook: Able to compose, send, and organize email • Microsoft Word: Able to create, edit and design various type of documents using different styles, layouts and media • Salesforce experience aPLUS • Ability to schedule meetings, manage incoming and outgoing phone calls • Ability to learn and apply new software & programs • High accuracy rate and speed inData Entry • Proficient in English, bilingual in Spanish aPLUS Work schedule:Monday – Saturday 8am-4:30pm (PST), Sundays 9am-6pm (PST)weekends are required.
