Fieldprint call center representatives take incoming calls from customers and clients relating to our electronic fingerprinting and identity management services.
This is an on-site position located in Warminster, PA. This position pays $17.20hr.
We are seeking the following shifts:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Tues/Sun off) 8am-4pm. (Training is the first 2 weeks from 9:30am-5:30pm)
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Wed/Sun off) 9am-5pm. (Training is the first 2 weeks from 9:30am-5:30pm)
Monday - Friday 2pm - 10 pm. (Training is the first 2 weeks from 9:30am-5:30pm)Responsibilities:
β’ Receive incoming calls regarding fingerprinting requests
β’ Determine locations via phone/computer for fingerprint collection
β’ Follow up with fingerprinting site vendors to obtain all related documentation
β’ Prepare and send welcome packets to new clients
β’ Process fingerprints and channel to the appropriate agency
β’ Monitor and maintain call center telephone lineRequired Skills:
β’ Excellent phone, computer, and administrative skills
β’ Excellent customer service skills
β’ Professional and positive attitude
β’ Ability to work in a fast paced environment
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
β’ Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.Education:
The candidate we are seeking will have at minimum a high school diploma or equivalent.Benefits:
