Call Center - Customer Service

Bee's Plumbing and Heating is seeking a dedicated Client Services Representative to join our call center team. Key Responsibilities: • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. • Assist customers with their plumbing needs, providing accurate information and resolving issues promptly. Identify customer requests and concerns to provide the most effective solution. • Schedule appointments and coordinate with dispatch to ensure timely service delivery. Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to provide seamless customer service. • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback. • Uphold our company's commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction. Qualifications: • 3+ years customer service experience. Call center experience is highly preferred. • Plumbing or other service-based industry experience is a plus. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in basic computer applications and call center software. Service Titan experience is a plus.
