Job Summary: Fiesta Auto Insurance is seeking a friendly, customer-focusedCall Center Representativeto join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing outstanding service to our customers. This role involves assisting callers with insurance inquiries, swiftly connecting customers to our franchise locations and other related services in a fast paced call center environment. Key Responsibilities: · Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and courteously. · Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when necessary. · Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals related to customer satisfaction, call handling time, and other key metrics. · Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations. Qualifications & Requirements: · High school diploma or equivalent ( required). · Previous experience in a customer service role or call center environment (preferred). · Excellent verbal and written communication skills. · Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. · Comfortable using computers, phone systems, and customer service software. · Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. · Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed. · Bilingual (English/Spanish) Benefits: · Health, dental, vision, short term disability and 401K. · Paid time off and holidays. · Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities. · Supportive team atmosphere in a professional work environment.
