Job Description
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to confirm appointments and dispatch the confirmed appointments to Salespeople based on their skill sets. You'll be responsible for working with the regional sales manager as well as assess the Salespeople’s skills to give them the kind of appointments that maximize company growth. Our lead coordinatormusthave outstanding organizational and multitasking skills. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, reliable٫ and results-oriented.
Your goal will be to maintain and track appointments in order to keep up-to-date records in Salesforce as well as keep management up to date with daily reports.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for handling leads. (Set Appointments).
• Texting customers appointment confirmations via Salesforce.
• Dispatching confirmed appointments to Salespeople based on skill set.
• Updating appointments in Salesforce.
• Notifying project managers about appointments via email and hard copies.
• Maintaining salesperson schedules for all sales appointments.
• Accurate recording of appointment results.
• Internet leads will be part of the job duties of the lead coordinator. They will track and follow-up on them to convert them to leads. There are also some reporting aspects for this function.
• Lead coordinator will also have the responsibility of maintaining lead records both within Salesforce and in a paper filing system.
• Daily reporting of leads to management is also required.
Skills and Qualifications
• Call center, customer service, or supervisory experience may be required.
• Proficiency with technology, especially computers, software applications, and phone systems.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and Dispatching is a plus.
• Active listener with excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent problem solving, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Analytical, efficient, and thorough.
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure and navigate tense situations, especially during busy hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
Work Location: In person
