Summary We are seeking a dedicated Call Center Manager to join our team in San Antonio. Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations of the call center to ensure high-quality customer service. • Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance and efficiency. • Lead, mentor, and train call center staff to achieve individual and team goals. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports for management review. • Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively. • Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer satisfaction. • Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize productivity. • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. • Qualifications • Proven experience in call center management or similar leadership roles. • Strong project management skills with a focus on operational efficiency. • Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of team development. • Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for enhancing client experiences. • Proficient communication skills, both verbal and written. • Supervising experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred. • Familiarity with sales processes is a plus.
