Position Type:Full-Time | 120 W. 1st Ave, Mesa, AZ Pay Range: $125k - 135k, plus performance bonus Position Schedule:Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm Position Overview: The Call Center Pharmacist manages patient and provider communications, ensures accurate prescription processing, and performs pre-verification to uphold quality control and compliance according to Strive Pharmacy SOPs. Key Responsibilities Join the forefront of healthcare excellence, where you'll be: • Checking entered prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness • Performing calculations to ensure ingredients within a formula are measured and utilized properly • Managing inbound and outbound communications with patients and providers. • Counseling patients • Offering guidance to providers regarding appropriate therapy and dosing for optimal individualized care Required Qualifications • Minimum of Bachelor of Science (BS) in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) Degree • Active AZ Pharmacist license Desired Skills • Experience in compounding • Understanding of aseptic technique • Familiar with USP guidelines • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Experience with call center software Work Environment • Regularly stand to communicate and engage with patients and colleagues. • Frequently use your hands for handling documentation, accessing information, and ensuring smooth operations. • Occasionally stand and walk within the facility. • Capable of lifting and moving items, even up to 50 pounds. • Work predominantly indoors in a collaborative setting with peers and pharmacists.
