Job Title: Call Center Representative – Healthcare Support Location: [ San Diego CA] Start Dates: September and October Job Type: Full-Time | Duration : Temp to Hire Monday to Friday, either 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM (Weekend availability may be required. Candidates must be flexible with shifts) Pay Rate: $23 per hour Job Description : We are hiring Call Center Representatives to support a healthcare client. This role involves handling high-volume inbound and outbound calls, resolving patient inquiries, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. Schedule includes Monday to Friday, either 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Weekend availability may be required. Candidates must be flexible with shifts. Training is for 6 weeks, onsite, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. 100 percent attendance is required with no time off allowed during the training period. Responsibilities include: Handling 60 to 80 calls per day, answering member questions about benefits, billing, and services, resolving issues using tools such as Epic and TalkDesk, and maintaining patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication and typing skills, good attendance in previous roles, and knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare, and healthcare terms.Experience with Epic and TalkDesk is preferred.
