Call Center Representative

We are looking for a Call Center Representative who brings both professionalism and heart to their work. In this important role, you will be the welcoming voice and first connection for patients seeking care, support, and reassurance. You’ll play a vital part in creating a positive experience from the very beginning—helping people feel informed, heard, and supported every step of the way. Responsibilities • Answer incoming calls promptly and kindly, providing helpful and accurate information • Schedule and manage appointments across multiple locations and providers • Assist patients with accessing their portal and understanding next steps in their care • Collect and verify demographic and insurance information with care and accuracy • Confirm insurance eligibility and review estimated out-of-pocket costs clearly and compassionately • Direct calls and messages appropriately while maintaining a seamless communication flow • Protect patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA regulations at all times • Ensure each interaction reflects our commitment to kindness, respect, and excellence Position Requirements • 3-5 years’ experience in health care center • 3-5 years’ experience direct customer service • 1-3 years call center experience Why Join Us?
