Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Call Center Representative to join our team. TheCall Center Representativewill handle inbound and outbound calls to support client campaigns, assist with appointment scheduling, gather customer feedback, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer questions and concerns
• Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, customer follow-ups, and campaign outreach
• Record customer interactions and update information accurately in the CRM system
• Assist customers with scheduling, basic troubleshooting, and general inquiries
• Escalate issues as needed to ensure timely resolution
• Support client campaign initiatives through phone-based outreach and survey collection
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude with every customer interaction
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and data entry
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $21.80 - $26.25 per hour
