Call Center Representative/Customer Service

Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Duties • Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy. • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry. • Utilize Microsoft Office and other software to document information effectively. • Conduct outbound calling for follow-ups or promotional purposes. • Collaborate with team members to enhance client services and improve processes. • Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while engaging with customers. • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Skills • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse customer base. • Proven experience in sales or call center environments is a plus. • Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English. • Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office applications. • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately when required. • Strong typing skills for efficient data entry tasks. • Previous call center experience is preferred but not mandatory. • Analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
